About Me

Hey guys! My name is Emily Hobbs and I am from Deridder, Louisiana! If you know me then you know I am NOT good at talking about myself… or talking in general sometimes, but I’ll give it a shot!

I come from a huge rodeo family and had no choice but to join in on the fun. Im a breakaway roper, raise my own horses, and help around on the family ranch with my husband, son, and bonus daughters. I was gifted a camera one Christmas and started shooting the things I love which were rodeo, cattle, and bucking horses. This slowly became a passion which grew from hometown jackpots to a nearly full-time business. I am now a PRCA permit holding photographer and have shot several PRCA rodeos, LRCA finals, CRA finals, NLBRA finals, and the IFYR along with several weddings, seniors, pageants, and the list goes on. I am confident that if you have an idea, we can make it happen!

In addition to photography, I began selling equine insurance and absolutely love it. Growing up in hurricane country, I have learned the importance in having a good insurance policy and a good agent to talk you through it are SO important. I have also raised, trained, and competed on top notch athletes and I know, firsthand, how much it costs to care for and replace these animals whether they be competition horses or the ones that help earn your living. I truly believe that every equine athlete should be fully covered and am confident that I can help you get a plan that fits your need!

Thank you all for sticking around this long. I hope to chat with you soon and see you down the road!
